D-League: Erie's Got A Coach To Go With Their Ferocious Nickname

I cannot get over how boring that name and logo is. Sorry. It's just that after the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and Iowa Energy, I'm kind of spoiled, you know?

Anyway, Erie went out and got themselves a coach after announcing their new logo and name.  They have hired former LSU Assistant Coach John Treloar to head up the new franchise.

You know, there's been such discussion of the gap between college and the pros, and how there needs to be an intermediary.  I'm just going to tell you, the D-League could very well be it, if people would get on board with it.
