The Bakersfield Jam are thrilled to announce the reacquisition of first-round draft pick Amara Sy after a wrist injury forced him to miss the team first four games. Former Tennessee-Chattanooga guard Stephen McDowell was released to make room on the roster for Sy.
This is from a team press release. Sy was an all-star and all-defensive player in Europe a few years ago, so perhaps this puts the Jam back on track somewhat.
