That's what I posted yesterday, when I mentioned Pops had been cut. According to Doug Smith at the Toronto Star, it's expected to become official today. I am the D-League guru.

Good for Pops

As that post notes, his biggest competition for time is guys like Jake Voskuhl and Patrick O’Bryant. The Raptors also only have nine guys under contract for next year, so in this economic climate maybe Pops will earn a roster spot on the cheap.
