Nice video. If anyone wants to play a game, pause it at 43ish seconds and tell me what you see that made me giggle.

Do you think any other owners sit in on pregame?

Hey....

if the man likes having his fingers in the pie….. he likes having his fingers in the pie. I can also imagine this pre-game speach: “Look guys, go out there tonight and be professional, just don’t loose. And never let anyone hedge your basketball IQ.”

I have an email in

Wow

it looks like there were at least 200 people in that gym! Nice

True

How Utah wasn’t able to draw a crowd is a bit ridiculous – Colorado’s crowd was actually good compared to what they drew during the season.
Usually D-League Finals games are a bit more packed. See Colorado @ Dakota two seasons ago:

Day 5 of the Brandt congratulations to Colorado watch...

…he did get up the same video though w/o any commentary.

I don’t know how often the Stamps owners attend and more importantly CONTRIBUTE in pregame – but based upon the number of them (slightly less than the number of Keystones it took Scott to start posting again) combined with the size of the Qwest arena locker rooms they would have to run it in shifts…

Ohhh Rumble

with the Keystone light burn on Scott….at that to your Cheddar Brats RS.

I didn't see that as a burn

I probably did post drunk for a couple of days after a stint of binge drinking numerous, wondrous Keystone Lights..

I had Keystone "Light" as your drink of choice...

…but since you got on me in one of those long lost RU posts that just disappeared into the ether, saying, in affect, that you did not drink “mamby-pamby” crafted beers (like you get in Boise, Austin and I guess 47 of the 50 states), I decided to remove the “Light” from the designation since I did not want to cross you once again.

Besides, if I remember correctly, Keystone is light enough as it is.

Haha

Long lost RU posts? Occasionally I move them off the front page, but they should all still be in the archives unless I got excessive amounts of hate mail and decided I didn’t want any more..

Also, I’m not much of a drinker, so Keystone Light is the staple because it’s cheap and I grew up on it. Some of my fondest memories are drinking the Killey Key on the way to the championship of numerous beer pong tournaments. I don’t think it’s even offered in the bars I go to..

Also, my quote
Rumble, you forget I live in BIsmarck. We don’t do those fancy pants beers. I cracked open a 6-pack of Keystone Light pounders and went to town.

I saw a crumpled Keystone can on the ground the other day.

It was a sad image, on a few levels.

Now writing for Ridiculous Upside, where we think Trey Gilder could be the steal of the draft.

I've always enjoyed a good PBR....

still too namby-pamby Rumble? I mean it won a Blue Ribbon in like 1683, so I guess it could be considered a microbrew of sorts. It’s one of those “award winning beers”, unlike Keystone, which I think more congeals in a gutter than is actually brewed.

by Aisander D on Apr 29, 2009 5:40 PM EDT up reply actions

Pabst always sounds like a good idea...

…you know, the little guy underdog versus the established king kong beer bullys.

…until you start drinking one. Although, I think I would drink 10 PBRs before I drank 1 Keystone Light.

"Mamby-pamby" vs. "fancy pants"

I stand corrected.

I would be a “no” drinker if Key Light was the only beverage on the menu…although I will admit it is probably a good beer for both beer pong tournaments and for mixing with your a.m. Lucky Charms…

As a side note, I figure the states without microbrews are the two Dakotas and Mississippi.
