Around SBN: Clippers Need To Realize That Spurs Are The Anti-Grizzlies

"I wouldn't have a problem,'' Thabeet said about going back to the D-League. "I just want to play ... I don't want to be the guy that's hanging around. I want to play. So if they call me out there, I'll go out there. Now, I'm here so I've just got to do my work.''

From a great piece over at FanHouse by Chris Tomasson.

He should be sent down

at least let the kid develop some instead of wasting him on the bench.

Especially if it's what he wants...

No reason to keep him there if he’s not in future plans – DeMarre Carroll also likes the D-League.

I write about basketball players with Ridiculous Upside. I know you'll love it.

I can't see why they should wait.

If anything going down there helps out Memphis by boosting his trade value if they want to move him

He should go and play

He is raw and young enough to benefit from the extended playing time that the D-League can give him.
I think people also forget that he didn’t start playing until he was 15 years of age so there is alot of learning that he needs to do.
