I can't see why they should wait.
If anything going down there helps out Memphis by boosting his trade value if they want to move him
He should go and play
He is raw and young enough to benefit from the extended playing time that the D-League can give him.
I think people also forget that he didn’t start playing until he was 15 years of age so there is alot of learning that he needs to do.
