MSG Network's own, Alan Hahn, tweeted earlier that the Erie BayHawks (D-League affiliate of the New York Knicks), have already found a replacement for Jay Larranaga, but won't be revealing his identity just yet.
The Erie-Times News had the scoop from BayHawks General Manager Allan Houston first at a golf outing earlier this morning:
BayHawks general manager Allan Houston, who also participated in today's golf event, said he has agreed to a coach to replace Larranaga, but he declined to reveal who the new head coach is.
"There are a lot of procedures that we are in the middle of, but we have come down to our finalist," Houston said. "We're very happy. Very excited."
