Ridiculous Upside 2001 ReDraft: #4 Chicago Bulls

This is the season of our inactivity.  We are doomed by September to a life of boredom and pre-training camps. So we rounded up the rest of the SBNation homeys and some others, and we're ReDrafting the 2001 NBA Draft. Up next? The Chicago Bulls.

With the 4th pick, in the 2001 SBNation ReDraft, the Chicago Bulls, represented by Blog-A-Bull select:

Tony Parker, G, France

Blog-A-Bull says: Build the team around Elton Brand and Parker. Parker may have a rough first season, but is drafting a 19 year old out of France any different than out of a highschool in L.A. or Chicago?  Jamal Crawford can eventually move to the two or to the bench, and beyond a serviceable center in Brad Miller and some bench scoring from Marcus Fizer, there are too many needs on this team not to make some moves. Look to deal Ron Artest to fill some of these holes, his talent may fetch value and if he stays I don't think he'll handle another 20-win season very well.

Original pick: Eddy Curry
