This is the season of our inactivity.  We are doomed by September to a life of boredom and pre-training camps. So we rounded up the rest of the SBNation homeys and some others, and we're ReDrafting the 2001 NBA Draft. Up next? The Memphis Grizzlies.

3 Shades of Blue says: The tantalizing talent of Tyson Chandler as a defensive tower is tempting, but this team needs another two-way player. (Man, I just love alliteration.)  We know how good Chandler has become with Chris Paul, but Jason Williams is no CP3.  Chandler is also a few years away from being a solid contributor, while Richard Jefferson can step in right away as an athletic defender and scorer, while providing solid rebounding from the SF position.  The frontcourt is thin with Stromile Swift and Lorenzen Wright as the other starters after the trade to send Shareef Abdur-Rahim to Atlanta, but you draft based on talent, not need.  RJ is the best talent available and fills a need at the same time.
