Good morning, folks!
RidiculousUpside.com has some exciting content, complete with different features and interviews to come later this week that you should most defiinitely be on the look out for. But in the meantime, let's start the day off right by looking back at some of this past week's D-League highlights through the eyes of some of SB Nation's other basketball blogs.
The Bakersfield Jam did a solid job of balancing its rotation while a handful of its NBA affiliates assigned young guns to town seemingly all at once earlier this season. After playing without an assignee for quite a few weeks since, the Jam have enjoyed the return of Hawks big man Mike Scott as a boost to their lineup. Our friends at "PeachTree Hoops" have you covered for all of Scott's recent progress since returning to Bakersfield.
Last month, it looked as though NBA veteran guard Delonte West would grace the D-League hardwood en route to a comeback of sorts. Though the Texas Legends were first in line for his services, West displayed some hesitation after learning the Mavericks (the Legends' parent NBA squad) would not be interested in signing him, regardless of his progress. Nevertheless, West has now decided playing for the Legends will aid him in proving to other teams around the league that he's still capable of competing. Our friends at SBNation.com have the scoop in this story here.
And as always, our pal Nate from "Golden State of Mind" has done a solid job highlighting the Santa Cruz Warriors' ongoing progress this season. This week is no different, as the man himself examined a recent Santa Cruz victory right here.
Lastly, but not least, it's undeniably worth going back to the start of last week (in case you missed it) for a fantastic feature by our very own Gino Pilato. Our guy's been killing it all year, but even he may have outdone himself with this comprehensive profile on the ever popular former NBA and D-League coach, Eric Musselman. Make sure you check it out if you haven't already.
That's all for now, but happy reading! As always, keep it locked to RidiculousUpside.com for ongoing NBA D-League news, updates, interviews, features.
