Report: Los Angeles Lakers Signing D-Fenders Guard Manny Harris to 10-Day Contract

In need of an offensive jolt, the Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly poised to sign Manny Harris out of the NBA D-League from the affiliated D-Fenders.

Last season, the Lakers plucked NBA D-League M.V.P. Andrew Goudelock out from the minor league to fill in for the injured Kobe Bryant, in anticipation of a playoff run.

This season, Manny Harris of the affiliated D-Fenders squad has continued his climb up NBADLeague.com's Prospect Watch. Having recently taken over the number one spot, he's certainly doing what it takes to garner consideration for an NBA contract. He currently stands tall as the league's leading scorer.

In need of an offensive boost once again, the Lakers are reportedly ready to give the man also known as the "Michigan Mamba" a shot after all. See below:
