Source: Keegan LaBlance Entering The 2014 NBA D-League Draft

Point guard Keegan LaBlance has entered his name into the 2014 NBA D-League Draft, a source tells RidiculousUpside.com.

The NBA D-League often thrives on plucking those talented, yet previously undiscovered gems, out from obscurity for everyone to finally see.

Keegan LaBlance is hoping he'll be able to cash in on this increasingly popular trend as well.

A point guard out of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, LaBlance has decided to enter his name into the 2014 NBA D-League Draft, according to a source. The draft is set to take place on Saturday, November 1st.

Based in Michigan, KVCC plays a handful of teams around the Grand Rapids area over the course of its season.

The Detroit Pistons' affiliated Grand Rapids Drive held a local open tryout just last week, hosting approximately 53 prospects at Calvin College, according to a recent report. No word on whether or not LaBlance was among the young guns strutting their stuff for team brass.

That said, the Drive have eleven selections in next month's D-League Draft. If the team decides to take a chance on LaBlance, it could prove to be a homecoming of sorts for the point guard.
