Andrew Harrison Leads Iowa Energy To Win Over Westchester Knicks

The Iowa Energy outpowered the Westchester Knicks in route to their third straight win.

When the ball tipped-off at the Wells Fargo Arena in Iowa, the Westchester Knicks shooting was just as frigid as the temperature outside the arena. The Iowa Energy were in control from the start. The Energy started the game on a 22-5 run, and held a 26 point lead at one point during the first quarter. Iowa ended the quarter on a high note, as the team took a 22 point lead into the second quarter.

The Westchester Knicks looked like a different team in the second quarter. Westchester managed to rebound after a silent first quarter, as the team totaled 34 points in the quarter. In the process, the Knicks cut their deficit to 10 points. When the Knicks came out of halftime, it was the first quarter on repeat. The Knicks looked lost at some points, as the team fell into drought. Iowa held a 25 point lead over Westchester as the two teams entered the fourth quarter. The Energy powered their way through the final 12 minutes of action and picked up their third straight win.

The Westchester Knicks were led by Jordan Bachynski's 13 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks. Jimmer Fredette added in 12 points and four assists. Kevin Capers tallied 13 points.

For Iowa, Alex Stephenson posted his 13th straight double-double (14 points and 10 rebounds. Andrew Harrison totaled 18 points, six rebounds, and four assists. Iowa's bench was crucial, as Maxie Esho and Mardracus Wade each added in 15 points.
