College basketball is hitting its stride, and so are the prospects that will comprise the 2019 NBA Draft. With an abundance of action underway, contributor Steve Dewald delivers his prospect-centered viewing schedule for the upcoming week of games.

Instead of focusing on the obvious matchups each week, we are going to deliver a few under-the-radar games worth keeping an eye on. Here are the games that will feature a handful of prospects that could make some serious noise on draft night.

Washington vs Gonzaga

Date: Wednesday, December 5

Time: 11:00 PM (EST)

Viewing Options: ESPN2

Huskies defensive specialist Matisse Thybulle will be tasked with slowing down the Bulldogs’ high-octane offense. Thybulle has racked up 13 steals in his last four games, but dynamic forward Rui Hachimura will give him a true test against NBA-level talent.

Iowa State vs Iowa

Date: Thursday, December 6

Time: 8:00 PM (EST)

Viewing Options: FS1

Iowa State freshman Talen Horten-Tucker has skyrocketed up draft boards with his strong start to the season. The Chicago native has produced highlight-worthy plays on both ends of the court, and he is averaging 14.5 points per game. Iowa started the year 6-0, but they have dropped their last two games. Look for the Hawkeyes to get on the right track against their in-state foe.

Nevada vs Arizona State

Date: Friday, December 7

Time: 11:59 PM (EST)

Viewing Options: ESPN2

Freshman guard Luguentz Dort is currently leading the Sun Devils in scoring by averaging 21.7 points per game. Dort is physical in the paint, and does an excellent job of getting to the free throw line to supplement his scoring. This battle of unbeaten teams is a perfect way to start your basketball-viewing weekend.
