Former D-League All-Star Jarvis Varnado has known as one of the finest defensive specialists since his time with Mississippi State. Following a less than stellar stint with the LA D-Fenders, Varnado has moved over to the Philippines to show off his craft. With Pirates de Quebradillas, Varnado is averaging 11 points, 7 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game.

D-League Alum Of The Day: Kevin Jones

During his two-year D-League career with Canton, Kevin Jones was known as one of the best offensive bigs in the league, as he averaged 18 points on 51% shooting. He's been able to maintain that solid offensive play over in France, as Jones is averaging 13 points (53% from the field) and 7 rebounds for Cholet Basket.

D-League Alum Of The Day: Frank Gaines

During his separate stints with Maine and the OKC Blue, Gaines displayed his ability to impact the game in a multitude of different ways. That particular ability has allowed him to be a hot market out on the international market, as he had an opportunity to play for three teams overseas during the 2014-15 season to coincide with his stint with OKC. With those three teams, Gaines has averaged 11 points on 41% shooting from the field and 33% from beyond the arc.

Former Lakers forward and NBADL All-Star Devin Ebanks has continued his on-court success overseas. With Halcones Rojos of the Mexican league, Ebanks led the team with 18.5 points (54% from the field, 39% from beyond the arc) and 5.8 rebounds.

Former D-League All-Star Micah Downs has continued his success as a dominant two-way player since his departure from the league. With Avtodor Saratov of the VTV Russian League, Downs is averaging 13 points and 5 rebounds per game

D-League Alum Of The Day: Damion James

Former NBADL All-Star and constant defensive stalwart, Damion James has continued that solid play over in the Philippines. With the Alaska Aces ( I don't know why they're named that either), James has averaged 26 points and 14 rebounds since joining the league.

D-League Alum Of The Day: Travis Leslie

The former D-League All-Star Game MVP has continued to showcase his terrific talent and awe-inspiring dunks over in Europe. With Lietuvos Rytas of the Lithuanian League, Leslie is averaging 17.6 points, 8.7 boards per 40 minutes, which was enough to make him an All-Star in that particular league.

D-League Alum Of The Day: Renaldo Balkman

After spending the previous three years applying his craft overseas, Balkman returned to the US during the 2014-15 season in hopes of making an NBA comeback.While that comeback didn't occur, he made a lasting impact as one of the best offensive rebounders in the league. That impact directly led Balkman to making his way back to Puerto Rico. With Capitanes de Arecibo, Balkman is averaging 17.6 points (60% from the field) and 7 rebounds per game.

Former NBADL Dunk Contest champ and Mad Ant superstar Tony Mitchell has continued to showcase his high-flying skills on the other side of the world. With Aquila Basket Trento of the Italian League, Mitchell has averaged 20 points per game, which is the highest total in the entire league.

Former LA Lakers and D-League superstar Manny Harris has continued to display his scoring prowess overseas with Eskishehir Basket in Turkey. With that team, Harris has averaged 16 points and 5 boards per game on 45% from the field and 41% from beyond the three-point line.
