The Prospect Pyramid: Ridiculous Upside's NBA D-League Power Forward Rankings (1/21 Update)

RidiculousUpside.com recently unveiled our new NBA D-League player positional rankings, also known as "The Prospect Pyramid." Here's how the power forwards stack up after week two.

1) Chris Wright, Maine Red Claws: Wright maintains the top spot on our rankings after a string of twenty-plus point performances despite a recent Red Claws' skid.

2013-14 Stats: 21.2 points (47% from the field, 30% from deep), 1.6 assists, 7.1 rebounds, 1.0 steals, and 1.5 blocks

2) Ike Diogu, Bakersfield Jam: Like Wright, Diogu has continued to prove to be an efficient player on the offensive end from all over the perimeter, and behind the arc too, despite his team's recent losing streak.

2013-14 Stats: 16.0 points (53% from the field, 42% from deep), 1.1 assists, 7.6 rebounds, 0.2 steals, and 0.7 blocks

3) Kevin Jones, Canton Charge: Jones had a light week on the boards, but was able to further assert himself offensively through a couple of Charge victories last week.

2013-14 Stats: 16.2 points (51% from the field, 25% from deep), 7.3 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.4 blocks

4) Damion James, Bakersfield Jam: James' offensive numbers continue to tick up as he goes on to play a role for the Jam very similar to the one he could readily serve for any NBA team.

2013-14 Stats: 12.9 points (45% from the field, 21% from deep), 1.6 assists, 6.1 rebounds, 0.9 steals, and 1.1 blocks

5) Willie Reed, Springfield Armor: Reed isn't receiving as many minutes on the short as he probably should, but this young gun can always be counted on to be efficient during his time on the court.

2013-14 Stats: 13.1 points (60% from the field, 0% from deep), 0.5 assists, 8.3 rebounds, 0.4 steals, and 1.7 blocks

6) Richard Howell, Idaho Stampede: As Stampede teammate Dee Bost went on a scoring tear this past week, Howell took a back seat on offense and subsequently faded into the background a bit.

2013-14 Stats: 18.0 points (57% from the field, 0% from deep), 2.5 assists, 10.6 rebounds, and 1.4 steals, and 0.7 blocks

7) Rodney Bartholomew, Tulsa 66ers: Bartholomew breaks onto our rankings following an NBADL "Player of the Week" award and two 32 point performances in back-to-back wins for Tulsa.

2013-14 Stats: 11.2 points (47% from the field, 17% from deep), 1.4 assists, 7.9 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 0.3 blocks
