With the 2014 NBA D-League Draft set to take place on November 1st, our friends at DraftExpress have released the list of players that will reportedly be available for selection.

Here's a look at how such a list breaks down, as we focus in on some of the more intriguing players available:
The "veteran" players:
After being waived by the Rockets following training camp, 2013-14 D-League Rookie of the Year Robert Covington is certainly a name that happens to jump off the page. Also worth mentioning are former Cavaliers' guard Carrick Felix, an already well-traveled journeyman of sorts in Marquis Teague, and nine-year NBA veteran Damien Wilkens.
31 year old and six-year NBA vet Luther Head's name also turns up on the list. The guard returns to the D-League after previously uneventful stints with the Legends and Toros in previous years.
The potential draftees:
Hoping to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Glen Rice Jr. and PJ Hairston, names like Joonas Caven, Jamal Jones, Naadir Tharpe, Todd Mayo, Jarvis Threatt, and Milos Milisavljevic grace this list as well. They will reportedly be some of the 2015 NBA Draft eligible young guns who will hit the D-League hardwood in hopes of further building their resumes leading up to next June.
This is becoming an increasingly popular trend.
The D-League alums:
Unlike others, this particular draft is not solely for incoming rookie players. Plenty of players who already own D-League experience are hoping to make their respective minor league hardwood returns en route to the NBA. Such players include former BayHawks' guards Chris Smith and Nick Covington, former Iowa Energy floor general Vance Cooksey, former Charge guard Kyle Anderson, and one-time Mad Ant Kyle Randall.
It's a family affair:
Want to be just like Mike? There are a slew of young guns aiming to make their respective marks in the D-League, having already watched family members of their own grace the NBA stage. This, too, has become an increasingly popular trend in recent years.
Familiar faces from various NBA family trees include Darvin Ham Jr. (son of NBA vet and current assistant coach Darvin Ham), Damien Wilkens (son of longtime NBA guard Gerald), Keith Chamberlain (cousin of Anthony Davis), and Malik Smith (cousin of Ryan Gomes).
