Ruben Guillandeaux Headed For 2015 NBA D-League Draft

Ruben Guillandeaux will be entering the 2015 NBADL Draft, according to his agent.

Following a collegiate career at La Salle, Ruben Guillandeaux has garnered respect over the last four years by playing professional basketball overseas, with stops in Spain, Greece, and even China via a 2014 summer stint with NetScouts.

Even as he makes a living playing abroad, Guillandeaux, a Brooklyn, New York native, returns to the Big Apple each offseason. In doing so, he can often be found competing against some of the city's most respectable young talents. Luckily for him, the more time that passes, the more he seems to come into his own.

Just this past summer, Guillandeaux looked to be in his best shape in nearly three seasons at RBA Sports' various workouts and respective showcase. The 6'6", 210 pounder appeared bouncy and agile in his athleticism, and mature and calm with regard to running the floor. Such experience overseas has clearly done him well, and it seems as though he could very well be at the top of his game.

This makes this coming season arguably Guillandeaux's best opportunity to show NBA and D-League scouts and executives alike what he's all about. Perhaps with that in mind, the guard will be entering the 2015 NBADL Draft, according to his agent, BJ Bass.
