This hasn't been formally announced by the NBA D-League just yet, but the tweet appears to come from a reliable source in a league employee. What's more, the tweet above was also retweeted by the Iowa Energy team account.

With a record of just 14-36 last season, the Energy finished with the worst record in the league. That said, there's undoubtedly an intriguing mix of talent in the draft pool this fall. With some prime draft selections and a new coach in Nate Bjorkgren (who opted to lead Iowa so he could work closer to home, fresh off leading the Santa Cruz Warriors to an NBADL Finals appearance), regrouping and aiming to rebuild may be easier to do than usual.
