With just days remaining until the minor league's 2014 NBA D-League Draft on November 1st, plenty of aspiring professional athletes are declaring for eligibility by signing their respective contracts.

One of the latest young guns to join the increasingly popular trend is 6'1" and 200 pounder Julysses Nobles, a source tells RidiculousUpside.com.

Following three years at Arkansas, Nobles spent the senior campaign of his collegiate career at Jackson State. He averaged 15.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists. Such subsequent success was enough to help him garner All-SWAC "Second Team" honors.

Like many up and coming point guards entering the D-League, Nobles will have to put in the work necessary to become more of a traditional floor general. That said, he certainly has steady offensive instincts. He runs well in transition, can beat opponents off the dribble, and knows how to finish at the hoop or dish it out to a teammate down low. An ever so speedy guard, Nobles is as quick and agile as they come.

When given the green light to create his own offense, Nobles appears to be at the top of his game. Nevertheless, he could undoubtedly work on learning how to control the tempo of a game accordingly as he potentially hits the hardwood for a D-League team in the weeks to come.
