Nets Plan To Have NBADL Affiliate In Brooklyn
Per New York Daily News reporter Mitchel Abramson, the Brooklyn Nets are planning on having their own NBADL affiliate near their home arena. Although GM Billy King didn't specify when the move will take place, the team having a one-on-one affiliate would be a great move, when you consider their potential status as a rebuilding team. As well, King and the Nets are familiar with how to control a D-League team, as they had a hybrid affiliation with the Springfield Armor for two seasons, before the team moved to Grand Rapids.
