Blazersedge fan poster Chea Cubana posted that Portland Trail Blazers GM Rich Cho took in last night's game between the Dakota Wizards and Idaho Stampede.

Rich Cho goes on to talk about his deep interest in the D-League. Seems to believe in it's developing process. They used it in OKC to what became commonplace. He also tells us that instruction is sent to the coaches on what management would like to see developed in the players sent unto them.
