Alan Anderson vs. Asefa Estudiantes
Regal FC Barcelona continues to cruise through Spain. Today’s, March the 18th, victim was Asefa Estudiantes at Palau Blaugrana. Barça won by 20, 73-53, behind 14 points by D-Leaguer Alan Anderson and 12 by Juan Carlos Navarro.
Anderson started and logged 23:26 of playing time. His 14 points came on 7-of-13 shooting and he also grabbed four boards, assisted twice and recorded three steals. Anderson set the tone early for Barça early, scoring 12 of his 14 points in the first-quarter.
With the win, Barça improved its record to 22-4 and remain atop the ACB standings. They tip-off the EuroLeague’s quarterfinals next Tuesday, March the 22nd, against Panathinaikos Athens at home.
