Minnesota NBA Pre-Draft Workouts Conclude Today

M. Spencer Green - AP

Think Pat Riley saw what he wanted to see in Minneapolis? Think he drinks a lot of Starbucks? Think he has perfect hair? (My answer is two outta three ain't bad)

Forty players later and the Minneapolis workouts are complete.  Rumor has it 29 of the 30 NBA teams were there (Who wasn't? Who knows!), but I'm not sure how much it helped with regards to the upcoming draft.

Now that we know nearly every team was in Minneapolis at some point and all of the players that participated, do you think this workout helped/was necessary?

And, just to keep you in the loop, there are also workouts going down today in New York - Tiny Gallon is the only player that made his way over from this Minneapolis group.

I'm excited

how my fellow countrymate Tim Ohlbrecht can compete. When it comes down on who gets drafted first i think Willie Warren is a safe bet, but i also think Gani Lawal is a bit underrated due to his disappointing last season. If he can impress the GMs, he has a shot at getting picked in the 23 - 30 range.
