Our good friend Dee-Jay, The Fanatic Flash Fan, pointed me to this via the email.
If we had to guess, I'd say that the D-League originally, apparently, discovered Freddy Finals at a Bakersfield Jam game. After struggling to pick up the dance moves, he's apparently adept at blogging.
Myself, and the IceMan as well, really hope the above is what he means by "being ready to get your Freddy on."
